Automated Broker Interface The issue with delayed ACE Entry Summary Response (AX) messages being sent to the trade has been RESOLVED. Normal processing resumed by approximately 16:25 ET, with a small number of exceptions. If you are still missing an AX response, please resubmit the entry summary. For the people who tried to resubmit the entry summary and received a rejection error “CANCEL ENTRY THEN RESUBMIT NEW FDA DATA”, there is No need to Cancel the entry summary; please just resubmit the summary without certifying for cargo processing again (e.g., without the FDA data).
