CSMS# 17-000404 – Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Investigations: Ripe Olives from Spain

On July 12, 2017, the Department of Commerce (Commerce) initiated its less-than-fair-value and countervailing duty investigations on “Ripe Olives from Spain” (Initiation Notices). These investigations have been assigned the following case numbers: A-469-817 and C-469-818 (for Commerce Purposes) and A-470-817 and C-470-818 (for Customs Purposes).
